02 I already paid a designer for selections. Do I buy that again?
No. If your selections are approved, we start with a specification and quotation review and source from your list.
03 Is installation included?
Not automatically. Shipping, last-mile delivery and installation are confirmed per project and written into your quotation.
04 Can I source only one room?
Yes. Many projects start with one room and add others later as selections are confirmed.
05 How are quality checks handled?
We agree the check scope in advance, then share photos, measured dimensions and finish notes before shipment, with any issue and how it was resolved.
